GE-BAEK immortalizes a famous Paekche general of the same name in the Baek Je Dynasty (660 AD).

The diagram is meant to represent his severe and strict military discipline which helped to secure his place in Korean, World and tae kwon do history.

People often find it difficult to reconcile the philosophical content of a form to its actions. Although this can be a stretch of the imagination, allow it careful thought and it can enrich your study of taekwondo.

Ge baek is the twelfth of 24 International Taekwondo Federation hyungs and contains 44 movements.
