Stress is your biggest enemy. |
Want to know the proven method to improving mens fitness? In today's world of hectic schedules and long work hours, fitness opportunities are shrinking away. Most men go to the gym and get on the treadmill, lift some weights and head to a job where they sit most of the day. Mens fitness is about more than improving your strength. It is equally important to maintain or increase endurance, muscle mass and general health. Mens workouts in the do jang are as strenuous as you want to make them. There is a great deal of flexibility to tae kwon do workouts. Speaking of flexibility, how's yours? Lousy I'll guess. I see too many men in the training room who can't touch their toes or lift their legs to a 90 degree angle. The bottom line? Tae kwon do training provides mens fitness routines that will improve every single one of your health goals. All you have to do is get to class 3 times a week. You won't need the gym anymore.

Stress is your biggest enemy
It forces you to make excuses about your health and it cripples your ability to be healthy both physically and mentally.
If you are experiencing physical problems like sleep disturbances, muscle tension, headache, gastrointestinal disturbances, and fatigue you may have a problem with stress.
If you live with excess stress you could experience nervousness, anxiety, changes in eating habits including overeating, loss of enthusiasm or energy, and mood changes all of which are signs of mental stress.
