Nai Han Chi 2 | Tang soo do

Nai Han Chi 2 Tang soo do form video from Master D. McHenry's Korean Martial Arts Forms Video Resource.

The nai han chi forms are first level black belt hyung taught in schools that specifically teach Tang soo do.

I train in a WTF school and we use these forms to expand our black belt curriculum.

There are three of these forms that once mastered, can be ganged together into one long black belt form. These particular forms are believed to be used when you fight with your "back against the wall" literally.

We pay careful attention to maintaining a low stance. You'll find that these forms develop your quadraceps and can really make you sweat in no time.
